Ericom PowerTerm InterConnect Overview

PowerTerm InterConnect enables terminal emulation via various communication modes including: TN3270, TN5250, Microsoft SNA Server, Telnet, Direct COM Port, Pathworks LAT, SuperLAT,TCP/IP.

PowerTerm InterConnect is a robust terminal emulation program supporting the host access needs of large and small organisations. It allows enterprises to standardise on a single host access solution.

PowerTerm InterConnect offers advanced printing support, auto print mode, slave printing, and host print transfer TN5250, SNA LU1 and LU3 support.

PowerTerm InterConnect facilitates connection to applications running on a variety of hosts such as IBM Mainframe, IBM AS/400, Digital and Unix.

For secure connectivity to host applications, PowerTerm InterConnect provides SSH support and SFTP for secure file transfer.

• Support for SSL and Secure Shell (SSH) security. (Supports both SSH-1 and SSH-2 standards)
• Session Manager - Session manager is a new component, which provides quick access to a list of user-configured sessions. Designed as an unobtrusive floating toolbar, the Session Manager can be set to launch automatically at Windows startup, activated from the system Start menu, or run from within PowerTerm. An icon in the Toolbar, represents each session. These icons allow for quick session activation, bringing an active session to the foreground or closes an active session
• Advanced Printing - the user can set Margins. Specific LPI/CPI can be assigned in Graphics mode. Autofit can be enabled for the non-Graphics printing mode.
• Enhanced automatic LU/Device name generation according to rules specified by the user.
• Configurable setting to determine the display of position marker for hidden fields in the emulation screen
